Brief info

Michelle is passionate about helping others in any way she can.

Enhancing performance, concussion recovery, injury prevention, improving cognitive function; she loves it all! Getting results and helping people achieve goals is very important to her.

She continues to learn through continuing education courses every year with a keen interest in fascia, neurology, and brain health.

Her hope is that one day people will have a better understanding of what affects the brain, things that can be done to reduce the potential effects of future impacts and that there are things that can be done to help overcome

Having recently been on her own journey to overcome long standing post-concussion symptoms, discovery of ADHD and also rebuilding her hyper-mobile body, she knows what it takes to get you where you want to be!

The drive to focus on cognitive health stems from her grandmother’s dementia and her father’s vertigo. Fascial work and helping people overcome chronic pain and restriction stems from her mother’s journey after a traumatic childhood injury that destroyed her knee. You shouldn’t have to live in chronic pain and there are things that can be done to help improve deficiencies reduce pain and prevent cognitive decline!
